Data mining -- 2

I need someone to gather 1,000 names and email addresses from linkedin. This person must use their own premium linkedin account to deliver 500 American publicly traded companies having a contact with the job title “Investor Relations Coordinator”, and additionally 500 contacts and email addresses from american business, government agency or college/university employee having a job title “Network Administrator”. Male contacts would be preferred – final results in csv format.
