Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

Hi, We are after a strategic thinker who can take 50 survey responses and and create another 960 of them in an excel sheet. The responses are all multiple choice - except the name field. The chosen person to do this project needs to look at the 50 surveys and create dummy data to suit another 950 dummy responses. There are 15 questions in the survey... And the 950 dummy responses need to refect what the 50 actual responses are saying. This needs to be done in one day from receiving the 50 responses. So be prepared to work on that immediately. The excel sheet needs to also be able to generate graphs from the data very easily.
