Virtual Assistant needed 18+

Looking for a virtual assistant to assist me in multiple project by doing -> INBOUND (no cold) Calls/Emails to potential partners to inquire about new projects, pricing and more -> Contact to local authorities, lawyers, and other business partners for setting up meetings, correspondence and other contact -> Negotiating deals with partners, distributors and other business contacts Requirements: -> Very well written and spoken professional English -> Experience acting as a contact person for business related inquiries -> Able to communicate professionally by phone/video meetings as well as email correspondence with various exclusive business related contacts. -> Reachable during german working hours (08:00 AM- 06:00PM) -> Willing to learn -> Open Minded Bonus: -> Previous experience as Assistant -> Able to speak German, Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, Dutch, Italian I'm looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
