Data Base Program Job

Hello, This project should be quick and easy. We are building a website at which website visitors find a mask to type in data for a database. The data must be checked if already applied from someone else. Furthermore I need a admin function, where we can edit and delete the data. After the data is saved, the characteristics of the data should be sorted for searches on the website (so it should be useable almost in realtime). Just an example: Cars – I must type in the Type (Ford), then I can type in the different characteristics. I will give further instructions. If you are interested in joining the team please give some examples of programming you've done before (something related) and your estimated quote for the work.
