datafeed catagory mapping

We recive data feeds from many merchants the feeds we get are from 400 products to 50,000 products all from 32 different merchants, The problem is that none of there catagorys match each others or our own cat structure. we would like some one who can provide a solution to re catagorizing these feeds auotmaticaly, that we ourselves could use. Key points are: must be able to import our given datafeeds re catagorize to our cat structure and sub cat ie: Bathrooms=main cat basins=subcat--showers=sub cat and so on. must be accurate. and must be able to export the re structured file back as csv so we can then upload to our db We have around 1400 catagories including sub cat's The feeds we get comprise of a divers mix of products any suggestions would be great we would love a desktop app that we could use as we are always adding new merchants and also update our datafeeds every day. I have attached a test file for you to see the type products we use although it is a small sample and the feed is incomlete. look forward to your replies.
