PDF to Excel Work...Market Analysis form processing...Experience Preferred...Advance to the centers provided

Hi Given below are the work and revenue details for the process - PDF to EXCEL work: Work - Scanned copy of the survey forms will be provided via FTP folder. Also provided will be the format of the excel file in which the customer feedback, given in the image file, is required to be typed in. Once all the forms (image files) are converted into excel, they need to be send back to us by the same FTP folder. On an average every form will have anything between 120 and 150 words that will required to be typed in the excel file. It should ideally take between 4-6 min for an agent to complete 1 form. Accuracy required is 100%, time shouldn't be a restriction for accuracy. Estimate is that 1 agent will complete 10-15 forms per hour and thus, 500-750 forms per week. An initial probationary learning curve of 4 weeks will be given to the center, which means that the center needs to focus on the accuracy and doesn't need to bother much about the number of the forms completed. However, a reasonable outcome on both, accuracy and speed, will be expected. A healthy payout has been designed on hourly basis, keeping in mind that center does'nt take pressure to complete a larger number of forms, so as to make good revenue, and start loosing on accuracy. Payout - Cycle - weekly invoice will be raised on every Friday. Advance - 1 weeks payment will be provided to the center in advance. Payment - $13 per hour per seat. Weekly Revenue - $650 per week per seat. Seats - Minimum 5 seats Work Contract - Duration - 18 months(extendable) Thanx for the amazing response. However we have found that most of the bids have been submitted by individual applicants. We appreciate your response but unfortunately cannot outsource the process on less than 5 seats at one venue. Moreover we are primarily looking for Indian centers as we ourselves are based in India and we might need to visit the venue at any point of time in the duration of the contract.
