excel- re do neater bug free and more plesant to look at

I am after as new excel program made like i have but more bug free better looking plus a section that i can print per month chart and figers of the bad work. Please have alook at what i have now and you can see how it works and what it does please ask any questions The winner bider must be understand excel- perfectly The winner must 100% know excel do this job 1/ must be called Q/C report 2/ must be better looking 3/ must be able to show all per month and per week and per year 4/ in the per month it should show total many rejects plus the person name that had the most plus the machine and minder ((like it does now but more per month)) 5/ bug free 6/ printable charts and figers per month 7/ plus a simple number for whole year of all rejects 8/ not locked below is the file and how it works [login to view URL] should be a cheap project for some that knows excel well
