Copy Text from PDF to MS word. Extra Care for formatting

I have a scanned text pdf file of 145 pages. Most of the pages are OCR-ed. I want someone who will manually copy the text from PDF file to a word file. I need the word file proper formatted as while copying text from pdf to word, formatting might go wrong. The scope of the work is summarized as follows: 1. Copy all the texts to a new word file in a sequential manner. 2. Keep the paragraph formatting as same as the pdf file. 3. Check and correct errors which have been generated due to copy-paste.
