Data Visualisation Expert Required

I am looking for Data Visualisation Expert to draw Tweets and their Users distribution on US and World map. Task Background - The data is already attached in the xlsx file for both the required tasks. - You will be plotting the distribution of Tweets and their users on the US map at the state level. However, for every state, you need to highlight the largest number of tweets posted and users out of all the cities. - Aggregate Tweets and users numbers by State, and then plot the percentage of Tweets and users for each state out of all the users and Tweets. Same applies to the world map. - Data is available for 24 hours, trading hours, pre-market and post-market. So you need to plot it accordingly. - For the world map, the data will be plotted for each country and then from every country, one city will be highlighted with most tweets and users. Task Output - I need one each infograph of US and World (half page size) which can be used in documents and ppt. - All Twitter data needs to be plotted in single infograph, with complete labelling and formatting. - Since I will be using this in the document, the graph needs to be very simple but informative. - You will also provide the script that can be replicated on my system to produce the same results. Experience you need to have: Python, Jupyter Note: The task needs to be completed as soon as possible that is why I have already attached the data. Have a look at the previous map which I already have it. I do not want map like this. You can choose a few sample maps which you can draw best and then share with me and then we can agree on anyone and start working.
