Data scrapping from popular social sites using #Hashtags built in PHP, and displaying them on my site

I already have a website, I just need you to build a custom feature where I could grab data from all popular social apps (like Facebook, tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, etc) using #hashtags & @at and display them as feeds in my website. Skilled enough to be able to write bots to each social app to grab the data.
