Magento Developer Required -- 2

We are looking for a Magento Expert to finalise a ecommerce store layout. We are currently in the process of moving our existing ecommerce platform from CS-Cart to Magento. We have purchased base theme with the required functionality that is required and are now looking for a Magento Developer to help get the new eStore design finished to match that of the existing CS-Cart Store layout this includes setting up contact forms, ensuring various add-ons are installed and working correctly for single page checkout, CDN, eBay integration, payment gateways, enhanced site search. Plus there will be some minor changes to the theme and pages. The theme that has been selected has 90% of the elements and design layout that is required and the majority of changes and be tweaked from the admin console. We will need to ensure the site is optimised for speed and performance and configured for Australia. There will be the setup and configuration of shipping methods etc. Once the design and setup is completed we will then have ongoing per hour work to make minor adjustments to the site once its up and running. Things to take into consideration is we have over 1500+ index pages with the CS-Cart Store that we would like not to be dropped from the search engines so suggestions on how best to help with this. We also have a custom export script from CS-Cart that export sales and customers to a CSV file that can be imported into MYOB Accounting on a daily basis, we will need this script re-written to work with Magento. If you are familiar with the eBay File Manage -> Create a Sales Export file the process is much the same.
