Experienced Book Outliner/Editor

Looking for a skilled, highly creative, editor/writer familiar with the science fiction genre to assist me with book outline development. As an author of many (30ish) best-selling books, my biggest problem is detailed pre-development/writing planning. This freelancer will be in charge of getting my current book back on track with a detailed outline that I can follow, a chapter-by-chapter process. This freelancer can be a developmental editor, one that knows the fundamentals of storytelling, someone who knows the importance of building tension and injecting a lot of conflict, along with the clever use of foreshadowing, all of which leads to a surprising climax. The freelancer will not be starting from scratch. I have the first 100 pages of the novel completed. We'll be taking what we have and outlining for the next 200 pages (or so). You'll have all the major characters to play with and a basic plot to bring to its conclusion. Again, this freelancer must be patient and willing to do a lot of back and forth.
