Packet Losses and Simulations

Hi It will be a software based project. no hardware required. I will required the following items to be achieved Case study : Controlling a remote dc motor over the network. Control signal & Feedback signal will be transmitting over the [login to view URL] focus will be on the Simulation of Communication deficiencies which will affect the performance of the system over the network comprising of the following 1) Packet loss 2) Delays 3) Enviromental noise * A full detail report will be required explaining each cause on how does its will affect on the system .
