I am looking to establish a long term relationship with a "jack of all trades" technology helper. I am a retired senior but I still have a lot of ideas and projects that I want to do in my life. I have electronics background but I am out of touch with modern EDA software and tools. I need someone who is a "jack of all trades" in the modern technology field who can tutor me, guide me, help me with projects, do some programming for me, do some research, bounce ideas etc. on an as-needed basis. You do not need to be an EXPERT LEVEL in the following areas but you should have enough knowledge and hands-on experiences playing with them: Electronics: Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, schematic capture, circuit simulation, pcb layout, circuit design, IoT, Home Assistant, 433Mhz RF modules etc. Computer: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, MQTT, C, VBA, Excel, Photoshop, video editing etc. CAD: 3D designs, 3D printing, The rate I am offering is US$10 per hour, billable in 15-minute increments because sometimes I just have few simple questions to ask. Specific projects can be agreed upon separately. Your age does not matter as long as you have dabbled in a lot of electronics, mechanical stuff, computers, web etc. You should have good problem solving skills and well-grounded in what is realistic and practical in the real world derived from hands-on experiences. Ideally, your available time is flexible because if we work well together, I would want you to do more and more things for me. Time zone difference is not a big issue. Your English comprehension must be very good and able to speak clearly without heavy accent. You must be a dependable and 'true to your words' kind of person in your normal daily life. I have been teaching in universities since 2014. Have done my masters in robotics. I am an assistant professor at a university in Pakistan in EE Dept. I have been teaching since 2014 and am also working on my PhD in control systems. I have also worked with excel for mark sheets, VLOOKUP, graph and table generation.
