UK Corporate Law Expert for Business Acquisition

Sigma Mi Capital is in requirement of an expert solicitor, versed in Corporate Law, for a business acquisition we are pursuing in the UK. In specific, I need the professional to confidently undertake the following responsibilities: - Negotiate terms with the seller's legal representative based on what we have already discussed. Your skilled persuasion and negotiation tactics will be essential in ensuring I secure the best deal. - Provide comprehensive support throughout the acquisition process, from preparing the Heads of Terms to achieving completion. - Expertly handling a commercial lease agreement. This requires adept knowledge of property law in addition to corporate law. Freelancer's bidding on this project should have specific experience in the field of acquisitions, ideally in Small-Medium Companies with a leveraged buyout set up and within the Manufacturing and Fire Security sectors. Please discuss your relevant experiences in your application. Knowledge and expertise in these acquisiton structures and how to navigate the terms will significantly enhance your chances of landing this project. The proficiency to interpret, discuss, and negotiate legal agreements as well as a keen attention to detail are just a few of the skills needed for this job. The process will take up to 3 months. Please also include in your proposal your fee structure and estimate: - Contigent on deal's completion with first right of refusal on future deals (1st preference but not the deciding factor) - Fixed fee on an abort basis, please also provide your hourly rate (2nd preference) - Per hour with a realistic fee estimate (you need to provide details of forecasted time spent) The payment will be at the end completion of the deal or at the time of the abort (if relevant and agreed) There will be a number of upcoming deals (already working on another 3) and the successful candidate, provided that the work is satisfactory, will ideally build a relationship with us and continue to work with us in the future.
