Assist with switching website to a new domain

I am looking for a professional that has experience with moving my website to a new domain that was recently purchased. We will remain on the same server, but just changing server settings to the new name. I will need assistance step-by-step guidance on how to migrate into the new domain. I currently have Google webmaster tools, which I understand is one of the steps in letting Google know that we are moving into a new domain. I also understand that 301 pages need to be created, which I do not know how to integrate and work with. Changing ns records on my dedicated server to point to the new website. The website is currently utilizing wordpress, so if any changes to wordpress is needed, please let me know. If you do not have experience in doing this, please do not apply. I need to make sure this migration goes smooth as possible and with no hiccups and no loss of Google indexing and bare minimum down time.
