Edit a "test podcast" more work coming up. US/english speaking editors/ natives only

Hi, I have a lot of podcasts coming up. Now and in the future. All podcast will be between 12 and 20 minutes. Im looking for one of two people to work with on a regular basis. The file is too big to upload. The podcast is about 12 - 13 minutes. Not many errors, mostly "pauses". Link to podcast [login to view URL] Please find attached the first "test podcast". TASK! 1. listen carefully to the whole podcast (around 12 min). Make a "2 sec power intro" and 2 sec outro. 2. Edit the podcast, cut pauses, choose the best version the few places where I repeat. 3. add soft low music where needed, use royalty free.( I do have access to a music selection program for later versions) 4. make it sound professional but personal... 5.
