FIND and MANage freelancers who can transform Data for Amazon, Ebay, Magento

DO NOT want someone who will do the work, but DO want someone who will find OTHERS to DO the work, the best talent, best pricing, and supervise and interact with them. Candidate needs to find freelancers who can take my data transformation needs and hire, and direct people to reformat the data for upload ebay , amazon and other websites. DAta comes from many manufacturers and needs to be CATEGORIZED per amazon and ebay categories and have fields reformatted. Person must understand my needs and project and then get the results.
