Need an assistant to maintain my SMM Projects

Freelancers! I am a social media marketing expert. I provide all kinds of resource to market a product online. Now I need a assistant who will take the orders from my websites and input it on my software through a Excel document and work through the instructions I'll provide. I need this guy to remain online minimum 8 hours a day and monitor my website when my clients gives the orders. I am willing to pay $5/hr. and max 20 hours a week.
