This document is meant to provide the following information to the heads of Finance and Budget: • A general overview of the financial position and overall results (Cumulative expenditure) • An overview of the Open Items Managed (OIM) accounts, while providing a general perspective on the movements in the OIM accounts • Highlights of key areas of focus that require management attention in resolution/implementation • An action plan for the clearance of open items Problem: Copying the Financial Reports data into this Word Document manually and describe the trend of each Table/Pivot after spending hours in adjusting the Excel Tables is tedious as well not errorless. Solution: Transforming manual Word Document creation of Management Commentary through some VBA Macro Button the standard Excel Data/Table/Pivot Table Worksheets into the Word Document with defined Tables, Graphs and Narration of the Preset Trend
