Mixed Use Pro Forma

I'm preparing a Pro Forma for a real estate development project in graduate school. The project is about the process and I can bring in outside consultants (you are not doing my assignment). I have completed all of the relevant information and need to get my financials to prepare for presentation. I would like it in the same format as in the attached excel file. A lot of the information is entered but just need it to work for a mixed use project. I need this as soon as possible. Thanks
