I am a construction contractor that needs a proper project management program. Something that has a client info database that connected to a project management platform. The PM aspect should allow me to start with quotations that I can graduate into invoices. I want to be able to track the budget and track the progress over the year. I want to be able to also handle "add ons", this would be work that I take on as work is being done, but still within the project. I also want to track many coming in and going out, so trades I am paying and money I'm collecting from clients. This is the general idea, and I have details about what each aspect looks like.

I consider my bid moderately low for the work to be done, Just the UI part (layout presentations) take some time to do and do it right.
