Flash / Rich Media web application with SMS alerts in GAM

We wish to develop a small (300 x 250 pixel) web application that allows users of our website to obtain deals (discounts, etc.) at our clients (restaurants, bars, hair salons, shops, etc.). In the initial implementation there will be approximately 50 deals / clients available. The user should be able to search for and select the deal he wants as well as reserve a date and time to obtain the deal at the client’s premises. Information on the deal and reservation is to be sent to the user’s mobile phone via text message and emailed to the client and to us. The application is to be served through Google Ad Manager since this is the platform integrated into our web's Content Management System. As such, we understand the web application must be developed using either Flash or Rich Media. Note that given the constraints imposed by Google Ad Manager we are not certain this project is technically feasible. We should be able to update the application by updating a text file that contains information on the available deals (each deal has less than 10 parameters); the web application should update either dynamically or may be re-compiled (by us) and re-loaded (by us) through Google Ad Manager. We have an existing provider for SMS services and will provide a document detailing the technical characteristics of their platform and SMS alert service. This platform includes an SMS Gateway that allows for sending of SMS messages using either HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Control) protocol with GET and POST or using SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol). The design of the web application should conform to screen shots we have developed and will provide. There will be four screens: 1. Deal Filtering - user selects the type of deal he is looking for based on simple (two) search criteria. 2. Deal Selection - user is presented with a screen that shows the deals that match his criteria. 3. Deal Reservation - user enters his personal data; system sends an SMS to the user and en email to us and the client. 4. Finishing Screen - user is presented some finishing instructions. Thank you.
