Flex text effect, Arching and Curving

Hi All, Please refer to the following URL and image and in the attachment - [login to view URL] I have a similar t-shirt designer tool shown in above URL, but we want someone to develop the curve and effect text functionality on of us. Technical note : 1. Action Script 3 should be used for the above requirement. 2. This part should be developed as an component, so you will pass me the required class file i.e. your demo application I will integrate it here. I will be looking forward to support at the time of integration. 3. You should use raw level TextField class, for the above functionality. 4. You developer this in flash or flex, does not matter for me, but it should be fully coding oriented, you suppose not to use any laying or manually defined movie clips etc. Other: 1. Maximum, I can afford for this part is 30 USD. 2. Since this is not a beginner level task, you would be required to show me a small demo before i award the project to you. I do not want to spend my and your time. 3. I can spend maximum 1-2 days for this project after being awarded. Happy bidding. Regards
