Banner

I need an animated banner for the header of my website 469 x 60. I will supply some freehand sketches to show you what I require. Brief Description: A runner enters from right towing a banner which is floating behind him with the word "Run" on - he runs to left of banner stops and turns -the word "Run" just hangs there in the sky. A second runner does the same towing the word "Give" and goes to join runner 1 A third runner repeats towing the words "Feel Good" and joins the other 2. They then jump up and down as they are "happy". I need a little landscape as well.
