Improve/Edit Flash

What I need is someone to improve the flash given, with more things to add and a better design. What you will need to do are technical things with flash and some designing of the interface. All resources will be given except the designing part to improve the interface. My budget is around 50-100 USD or more provided you have the right skills. Resources will be given with all the images and things I want inside the flash, there is no need for you to vector, only in designing a more good interface base on the current flash. Resources are mostly drawn by me by hand in PSD and some are in JPEG. The flash that needs to be edited would be this one, [login to view URL] What I need are this elements in the flash: - Sound - Simple animation (like the creature moves a bit when you hover the mouse over it or some tricks that makes it move) - Some more embedded videos in the flash - Pictures - Texts What needs to be improved in the flash: -The part in life cycle, more pictures of the baby sized sugar gliders with some variation of colours. Add some text of the age of the creature -The variety part could be improved by adding a video there and I have some other pictures to show the variety of the creature, you just need to replace it and insert a new one. -Add some sounds of sugar glider when the mouse is hovered to the creature (some not all) (sound will be provided) -In the difference tab, I just need to add a narration in there where I could explain the user about the difference of gender. (Sound will be given) -In the food tab, I need more variations of foods to be added and text of the name of the food. (Pictures will be given) -An exit button where users could close the flash. -Improving the flash look, so it looks more simplistic or professional. -More things that I haven't think off, shouldn't be hard if you are a professional. I would prefer if you are more of the type which could improve the flash interms of design(some photoshop stuff maybe to improve the UI) How to get the project? -Show me the flash work you have done before. (Only flash please thanks) -Some design work would be cool as well to show me.
