Wowza server Integration

I am looking for someone with Wowza experience to implement a Video chat & playout functionality. My Overall Objective: Develop a video chat application where multiple chat rooms operate concurrently Current Project Scope: Stream Playout on website & chat application What I have: - a wowza server instance running on Centos 64 bit - basic configurations on server done. example scripts for VOD & live play fine - (say) 4 different live streams What I want: 1. someone can make(or extend) the existing video chat app. 2. Provide integration with remote website such that: 2.1 - flashplayer embedded in webpage such that the web user can see the stream only 2.2 - copy of the existing applet to enable user to do webcam chat (the server has a example already) 2.3 - a way to regularly fetch a snapshot every few seconds from the 4 different video streams (from Wowza) in a standard image format png,jpeg or whatever ... which can be fetched by the application server as preview 2.4 - Possibility of 1 flashplayer playing 1 of the wowza server streams even as the other 3 streams snapshots are updated on the same page (as mentioned in 2.3) concurrently. Most of the above requested is either already done by example code or available to compile on the support forums If you are good in Wowza, wordpress, flash, i can offer a followup project with custom applets & nDVR for the same system. this project is ONLY to get the functionally in .. i will code the rest Please only respond if you know it or have done it before.
