change all the grafic design on flash tec

hi, i have the codes of this website: [login to view URL] .its a flash tecnolagy. i am intersting to use the same cods in order to open a new domain. however, i wants to change the design and the information inside the website completlely!!! i want to keep the new website with the same structher with a few simple changes. to summer it up: 1. i want to add a home page screen that only after you put a code you can get inside the website and see all the informatiion. 2. i nead to change the paypal accout to different one and to open a new domain. 3. i want to change all the desgin inside the website(pic, informations, prices). 4. i will need asistant of fsix mounts to see that the website is working and every thing is fine. i will use your asistant only if we will have any tec problem. i attach for you the code of the website. please let me if you could do it? if so, how much time it will take, cause i need it urgain!!! and what is your price? thanks, ofir
