Short Video Production

Hi, I am the owner of a small hosting company that provides a Do It Yourself website builder with ecommerce features. I currently provide a CD containing instructional videos to all new signups. It was self produced and does not look all that great. There is no narration, simply text and arrows. I have also had reports of the video not displaying well on some peoples' pc screens. I would like someone to create a new video that totals around 35 mintues in length. The video should be narrated clearly. It should not exceend 700MBs but should be viewable on all computer screens. I would provide the current instructional CD so you would know what to create. I would also provide you access to a full featured admin area for one of my sites to do the recording in. You can take up to two weeks to do this. My budget is very small. The person who shows the qualification I need at the lowest price will be the first considered. Please list your bid in the bid area.
