We are currently upgrading our "create your own website" system and are needing to develop 1 new DYNAMIC website template for each of the following categories: Note: Although we would like some Flash in the site we do not want or require the entire site to be done in Flash. We would like to only have some moving images or Flash buttons. * Tree Service (this is a tree service for cutting down trees in front of peoples property or removing limbs from trees and having them shredded. It is NOT a service selling trees so please keep that in mind. We even have a chainsaw sound byte that we would like added onto the template when it is opened up) here are some example sites for guidelines: [login to view URL] (this page shows the kind of thing we are talking about, however we want a template with more action, movement, sound, and a much more creative look) (It could display a tree being cut down by a chainsaw or being dug out all together) [login to view URL] (this site has the pictures interchanging and moving in the middle, the images in that are great, but keep in mind to not display any particular persons face or company name because it needs to be used for many sites) * Vets (think about cats & dogs, we already have one image that we want to use on the template and will forward it to you once you begin designing it also we would like to put some type of animal sound byte with the flash on the template which we will provide for you, DO NOT put a picture of a specific Vet/Doctor on the template because it needs to be usable for many sites) here are some example sites for guidelines: [login to view URL] (this site has a clean look, however we need something more exciting and creative than this for our template, possibly have a dog chasing a cat onto the screen in the header section) Note: There aren't many good Veterinary sites out there so we want to have to best looking template available for our customers. * Day Care (we would like this site to show children at play or having fun, we also have a sound byte of children laughing & playing that we would like added into the flash) here are some example sites for guidelines: [login to view URL] (this site has a decent look, however we would like flash to show some movement of children at play or swinging) Note again: There aren't many good Day Care sites out there so we want to have to best looking template available for our customers. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Even though we are asking to have templates designed we DO NOT want them to look like just basic templates. We want them to have a unique look… Requirements: The templates for this job must be sent to us as a layered psd file as well as an html webpage. The templates must be clean and able to function with Cold Fusion (no unnecessary tags or code). We would prefer them to be designed in Macromedia HomeSite or DreamWeaver. Templates must be original, royalty-free, copyright-free and exclusive. The templates you create for us must only be sold to us. All the text needs to be html text. Do not turn the text into graphics because we want to be able to change it in the future. All the images used MUST be optimized gifs or jpegs only! You must send us all files associated with the site css, gifs, jpegs, flash, html, psd, etc… You are only creating ONE page (the Home page) for the business types listed above. The templates need to be very creative and professional...high quality and unique is the objective. Do not create the templates around a "fictional business" because it must be suitable for most ANY business within the above categories. Design the templates to fit in 800x600 and they MUST adjust to larger/smaller resolutions so that they align properly within the web browser (create it to be 770 x 570). The templates must include areas for the following: Name of the Company placed toward the TOP of the page (will be output dynamically from a database), 6 nav buttons, Space for a slogan, space for an opt-in email list, space towards the TOP of page for the company's address, phone and email address information (which is outputted dynamically from a database), and most importantly...an area for the content block which must include 1 or 2 images relevant to business type. Please furnish examples of YOUR work if you bid. We will not accept marginal work. We require quality & originality. No templates. You must agree to revisions as required by us to make the project 100% to our satisfaction. 50% Payment will be made once the job is completed to our satisfaction, the balance after all of the files are delivered in the format set forth above.
