I need a developer for basic to intermediate system for a price comparison site.

Me and my team are looking to hire a developer with the skills that are required to build a platform for price comparison. I need to point out that we are very specific on what we want to accomplish and we dont need any fancy design etc. We just need the ''system'' that does all the work and a very precise "search bar" that it will be able to find anything . Our requirement for this project are: -Price comparison technology -Advance search bar -The ability to automate the process of xml feed updates. -Platform that will be scalable to unlimited products (+2milion) with the help of a powerfull server. -Translation ready, because the target language is greek -Easily add specific shipping rules for each vendor when we first import his product to our catalogue, as well as when these rules change, we should be able to easily change it as well in out platform. -
