Design an Ad Template

My client needs a design template done for an Elderly Care Agency. The company provides home care to our older citizen. Required: 1. A design template is required that will be used in a number of advertising mediums. This will include: Newspaper design (full page and half page), Social media ( Facebook, twitter), Leaflets distribution etc. 2. The design should compliment the warmth and care provided to the elderly, therefore warm colours should be implemented in the design. Avoid using colour that symbolise death. 3. The design should avoid looking grim and emphasise old age. Please take an approach that shows the Care Agency provides happiness and joy to the elderly. 4. The main purpose of this design is to help in recruitment process of the company, however do not men/women in suits. I hope I gave enough ideas. Please contact me if required more.
