Design Template for newsletter

Hello Details of job. I need A template for a newsletter I do. Needs to be done in Publisher so I can add and change things as required (eg. Add a different picture) and add new text. even though it is using publisher, i need A good designer to do it please. However, if there is a better way to do it other than publisher, as long as I can change / add text, let me know. Newsletter is one A4 size, back and front, full colour. **Design:** Use the files of some brochures I have to get idea and copy form that. Needs to be a natural but slightly medical feel. Send me two drafts and then i will choose one. 2. We will make up to 4 revisions if required before the final copy. This means I will e mail you up to 4 times with changes to be made. 3. I must be able to use publisher to modify it. I use microsft XP. 4.
