Photo border PSD - Need completed within the next 4 hours!

Hi, I am doing a small project for a used motorcycle dealer client of mine. I will need a .PSD copy of the finished product. This will basically be a custom border to place photos on to use for Craigslist ads. The attachment [login to view URL] is a competitor's ad, which I think is way too plain and simple. Included on the template I would like: - logo (which is attached) - 817-589-6036 - Buy Here, Pay Here - In-House Financing - Bad Credit? The image atttached here with the green grass background is an example of one we would use.
