180 background design and mini wordpress sites

We are looking for someone to graphically design around 180 background for mini wordpress sites. There will not be any need for database design or php coding. We will need someone strictly for HTML/CSS and graphical work. You will be given a list of 180 domains. All domains have already the wordpress and the required plugins installed on it. The data will also be updated on the wordpress site. Each website MUST be different from the other one in terms of HTML/CSS structure which can be easily achieved by installing different themes for each site. Your duties in particular will include: 1) Design a background based on the content of the site which will be a certain tv show. (for example Simpsons). The size requirements of the background are attached to the project. 2) Install a theme which will match the coloring scheme of the background. You are not required to change the coloring scheme of the theme. The goal is to bring up the website as soon as possible. The most major sections will be the implementation of the background and minor tweaks to the sidebar widgets and footer. 3) Implement the background that you have designed and adjust the width of the content div to fit the background. (this will include both the sidebar and the content section). REMEMBER to only change the widths and the margins of the divs to fit them within the background design. DO NOT spend time on changing the structure of the divs, ONLY the CSS. 4) Check only the front-page (list of posts as default) and the post page to make sure that everything fits well. 5) The sidebar should only include "search" bar, "latest episodes" which is basically the latest posts, and latest comments widget. 6) Make sure you set the "menu" navigation on the header. The "menu" navigation is already created and should be available in the dropdown of the navigation customization section. If the theme you're choosing, doesn't have the navigation customizer, you can create a custom menu widget and add it to the top of the sidebar. The order of the widgets in the sidebar should be "custom menu"(if it's required), "search"(if it's not already in the header since some themes have the search in the header), "latest episodes", and "latest comments". 7) Take out the generic "powered by wordpress" and the theme name from the footer. You are pretty much free to choose what theme you want to install. It's not expected that the work on implementing the background to take more than 30 minutes. You will be given a list of websites that have already been design with the current approach to understand the simplicity of the designs. When selected, you will be given a link which will have the list of all the domains you should do the design for with the wordpress access credentials and ftp information for each site. When you're done with each website, you will update two piece of information in the panel (name of the theme you have chosen, and a finished checkbox) which will inform us about your progress. Keep in mind that although the current project is for 180 website, there is a possibility of increasing the number to 600 if satisfactory performance is observed. I will be paying $5 (around $900 total) per site which will include both the background design and the implementation but the amount of work required for implementation is minimum.
