Easy simple design for banner print

Hi Guys, Simple and easy job here I have a design which I need to replicate but in a vector format The orientation of the design will be different. Currently it is square but needs to be 200cm long x 40cm width The person in the square image needs to be changed with the person in the file "aman [login to view URL]" The file required is in vector format as layers as I will have to make a few minor changes too The theme for the banner is a casino theme, therefore I want pictures of casino chips on there and I also require the rustic vintage fade which is over the top of the image. The name DOES NOT have to be on the cards (how it appears on the square image) but some cards will be required for the long (200cm x 40cm) banner. Most importantly, the rustic vintage (yellowish fade) overlay is critical as this will be the finishing touch. If you require any further information please feel free to contact me.
