Create a Logo for my business

I need to develop a Logo for use in my business. I want to receive the work in multiple file formats for use by various print services and also on my website. The logo will be used on business cards, company letterhead, website (mobile and desktop versions of the site), and various online and printed forms. I have a general concept of my Logo. I want all or a portion of a compass rose, with the N and E acting as the first letter in the two word name of my company (Navigator Enterprises, LLC.) Other nautical or mapping/navigational themes will be considered. I want the Logo to have a feel of an old time chart (Map used by sailors) with a nod to something contemporary. I have attached an example of an image I found online. I do not want to use this exact image because I do not have the license for it. I am bartial to blue hues, but I am open to a range of color options. I want something that will look good on a white or parchment colored background. My company is a sales/consulting organization. We help our customers "Find their way" to the solutions they need.
