2 creative and beautiful logos need

Hi There! I am looking for someone to design two logos based on the following briefing: THE PROJECT I am establishing a non-governmental and not to profit programme where youngsters of two countries get together to have meetings and simulate business negotiations in order to close a contract. The simulation will be sponsored by universities, chambers of commerce and companies and will happen every year and the participants will range from 20 to 30 years. WHERE THE LOGOS WILL BE USED The logos will be used for online purposes such as website, online advertising and Print Letterheads, business cards, etc. LOGO 1 The first logo will be for the ‘Global Negotiations Fellowship’, the ‘big’ brand, which will have several fellowship programmes. LOGO 2 Logo 2 will be the ‘Franco-Brazilian Negotiations Fellowship’ – the first programme part of our big brand. A simulation between Brazilian and French students. RELATION BETWEEN LOGOS The logos will have to be related to each other. They should talk between themselves in terms of design and references. In some moments they will be used associated, other not. I don’t have preferences of colours and I can imagine they can have flags or a world as part of the logo. I am open for more creative suggestions and would like something really sleek and impactful.
