Logo Design for exclusive club Carpe Noctem

Carpe Noctem, slogan : Let`s hang out the team thought of a moon with a monkey hanging ,see the picture ? we need it to be as simple as possible but it has to look very expensive, exclusive. the simplest ideas are the best. we want the logo to be in Vectors , use photoshop and illustrator or just illustrator. tell us what you think , give us examples from previous works. if this works well we might even continue with the same designer for our website design. thank you
