Need quick and easy fast loading template

Need a template that I can cut and paste the item picture into and description of item for my EBAY store. It should be easy to do as most of it is cut and paste, and the links are all active. A sample of a similar template of mine is at: [login to view URL] I would like the same template with changes outlines in the attachment. The items with size charts are different than above, and also a different theme. This store caters to Nurses, Firefighters, EMT's etc. The attached doc has all info, but I need someone to create the side pictures of products as the completed template above and put together the size charts, so that everything look nice. Banner that we will use can be cut and pasted from: [login to view URL] Pics and size charts can be cut and pasted from store or Ebay store. I need this kind of fast so an accurate timeline is important. All fees are escrowed, I will need to test the template to make sure all I have to do is cut and paste. I will have one more to do in the near future, but need to getthis one up and running
