Please review the attached slides and compare to existing website functions to get a more accurate idea of the scope of work. Phase 1 Clean up the validation errors. See here: [login to view URL] Phase 2: 1. Re-skin the site - partially done (Photoshop files will be provided) 2. Re-build the "Register/Sign In" feature so it's similar to [login to view URL] and works flawlessly 3. Re-design/re-build the homepage map feature to include a drop down of cities (which are existing subcategories), and display a bing satellite image of a random post 4. Create "most viewed" list of celebrity home locations 5. Add a drop down box for the ability to search celebrities by first letter 6. Replace the standard WP commenting with the Facebook Social plugin for commenting 7. Re-build the "launch satellite" feature to open up the Bing satellite map in a lightbox overlay (similar to how photos display on Facebook) and display small sidebar map with nearby locations. Photos should display in the same lightbox when clicked. 8. Add "post views" counter to each website post 9. Each post should have the sidebar photo gallery with the ability to select the default image in wp admin 10. The "related" posts field should display all posts in that specific celebrity's category 11. Re-build the "Search Results" page 12. Make sure that all of the dynamic pages are consistent with the new design Phase 3: 1. Integrate overlay with celebrity post picture, ability to browse through different locations by pressing "Next" and Facebook "Like" button (categories structure slide attached) 2. Add a "subscribe to email list" feature (plugin installed, but needs developing) 3. Install "W3 Total Cache" for faster page loading Please let me know if you have any questions before bidding.
