Very small graphic design / photo editing job

I have a website that I would like the header graphic ([login to view URL]) edited ... you take the image (attached) and edit it to fit my needs. What I am looking for is a gradient or transition where the left side of the graphic stays the same and the right side of the graphic is "virtualized" in some way. The "way" is up to you. This of the word VIRTUAL and what it might mean to you and that is what I want the right side of the graphic. Computerized, technology, electronic ... use whatever synonym you can think of and apply it to the right half of the picture. Again I would like a gradient transition between the original design (on the left) and the new design on the right. The winning bidder doesn't have to have a quick turnaround time but I would like to see examples of past work or mock-up/proofs of any ideas you might have for this work. I will award this project to someone as soon as I have someone who I think can do the job, I may not wait for the 10-day period to pass. Thanks and feel free to post questions!
