Website Banners Designed

I have a new website that has several brands which will need a banner built for each they will each look or fell like the example I have included it is must be created in PSD and JPG output. Thus the final result will be a file with all PSD banners and another with all JPG banners. The example is of a generic Dirtbike category. I will need the new images to be created from Each Brand I am including a list with this you will be responsible to go to manufactures site take manufactures logo and a High Resolution image or two and combine them in the following size image to resemble the example with dimensions being 785x260 pixels the file size can not be larger than 90KB when finished. Please note I would like one example image for review before awarding project from [login to view URL] site it will include the logo and a exhaust pic and fuel controller pic with the grid over it like our example. I will decide from that who wins the project. I have attached both an example image showing the grid overlay I want and the text I want for each graphic. As well I have included the [login to view URL] file with this you can google each brand to get the manufacturers page for logo and images for each graphic.
