Build a business website for a home inspection company.

I need a business website created using any format that you see fit as long as it is functional (wordpress, processwire etc) I will supply all of the pictures, videos, written content, company logo, etc. and the basic organization of the site. There are some things that need to be accomplished that requires the expertise of a computer person. 1) The website must have a way for customers to log in. Preferably allowing anyone to register as a member on the site. I run a home inspection business and need a way a customer can log into my site to view their home inspection reports. So theoretically, it would be satisfactory to format a way for me to give a customer a user name and password and for them to log into my site to see their report. I am flexible with this as long as customers can privately view a home inspection report on my website. 2) There needs to be a "Pay Now" option on the website. Some way a customer can make a payment with the form of a credit card or debit card. I really do not want to use a paypal link for this. Square reader has an online option for this, so i am looking for something similar to that. If the customer could register, log in, and pay for my home inspection service all at once that would be even better! I am not sure of the best way to accomplish this so I am open to any suggestions. 3) SEO Service, I need the content organized in a manner in which google finds my site upon search so that more potential customers can reach my page. 4) I need a simple blog added to the website. 5) I need the standard tabs at the top of the page linked up "Home, About Me, Types of Inspections, Schedule me Now" that kind of thing. 6) A simple slider with 4 pictures will be included with links to other pages if you click them. Generally speaking, the website will have between 5 - 10 separate pages not including the main page.7) Back ground, style, and professional look will be designed by you.
