Build a custom wordpress site with 3 languages and custom design (provided)

We need you to create a site based on custom coded Wordpress theme. Here are our requirements - - If you can code this site on bootstrap and responsive, it would be an advantage for you when we will be choosing the freelancer - Check attached designs, we will provide .psd for all pages and you will have to code them into custom Wordpress theme and then build a functional site - Code must be pixel perfect 1:1 just like in design - Site must be cross-browser (IE7+), 100% valid, HTML5&CSS3 - Site must be build on Wordpress - You must use custom post types for different posts - Site must be coded keeping in mind that client can change all info easily by himself with any previous - Site must have 3 languages, please use WPML for this - You will have to provide a documentation to client how he can change all things in webpage - events, galleries, news, menus etc. [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] 1) Language switcher, please use WPML, there will be 3 languages - Latvia, Russian and English 2) Main menu - use WP menu. There is also dropdown - we will provide designs. 3) Latest news - use custom post type and categories for this 4) Secondary menu - use WP menu. There is also dropdown - we will provide designs. 5) Poll - you can use any wordpress poll plugin (for example YOP Poll), just please style it so it is like in design and it must be query 6) Tweets 7) Calendar - use EventOn plugin for this (we will buy and provide the license). You have to change the style like in design. Calendar also have inside page where you can see all events, a calendar and you can switch months, read more about event, view location etc. You will also have to do this, we will provide styling. 8) Galleries - use any plugin you like, its has to be options to create galleries and then add images to them. Also it has to have functionality where you can add galleries or specific pictures to posts.
