Customize Wordpress Website

We are looking for someone to make the following changes to our wordpress website: Create a new header banner Change the menu names Add content and images to the site Under the Affiliate menu link create two buttons where users can select affiliates by Alphabet or Location Alphabet option has the alphabets listed and users can select a letter to display members with names starting with that letter Location option there should be a clickable U.S. map that when each state is clicked it will show number of registered users from that state; we will use [login to view URL] to create the map. We are looking for a developer who knows how to create custom scripts in php for wordpress, how to create custom wordpress scripts and can install a membership plugin and customize the membership script, we are looking for someone who once this project is done successfully can continue on with us long term for other projects. You must be available immediately to start until the job gets done. After this small job you will begin the next half of this project.
