Help setup Ink Themes subscribely V2 theme

I have purchased the subscribely theme and want to make some modifications to it. Please only bid if you can start right away and finish this within an hour or so 1) Create a top menu to echo the username. Like Hello, admin! when they aren't signed it, it should say You aren't signed in. Please Log in or Sign up. Both would be links to the already created sign up screen. 2) When a new user signs up, they aren't receiving the new registration email. Please help me configure the SMTP for wordpress to get this working. My host is HostGator. 3) On [login to view URL] - remove the second table in the pricing table. I only want to have one. Also, remove the weird widgets on the right side of this page. I am not sure what they are, and would like to add my own widgets in the future. Please figure out what widget container this is.
