Add some nice features to website

see my site for what i mean [login to view URL] i want to get a designed box as explained below but i should be able to use that box over and over and change it easily lets explain i would like to have a box about 200px by 200px (should be easy for me to change this) with a small shadow outside in box should be a 125px by 125px .jpg picture (be able to change the picture easy) with some text beneath the picture (design the text hight and color easy so i should be able to change it myself also) then when hovering on this box the whole box should get grey (be able to change this color easy) but should still be able to see pic in in the background and on this grey surface should appear to options to click on it "shop" and "details" both should be links( and i should be able to change that easy)
