Android UI designer + Web Designer Required Immediately

Hello, I have a solution which has two parts , An android app and a Web Application . Basically the android app posts and retrieves data from a mysql server, and the data is viewable from the web Application interface. I need a designer to come up with an improved version of the design for both the mobile app and the web application. Together with that i also need a website designed. I want this to be done in 10 days maximum, if this one goes well , there will be more work to come. I need someone with experience who knows what exactly he/she is doing.
