Upgrade my website

My name is laeeqa and I am from south africa. I am looking for a programmer/developer from anywhere who can assist me. Im looking for a long term relationship so that further upgrades etc can be done by this person. Furthermore i have clients who are always looking for websites so i will refer them to you. im looking for someone who can offer me a good price since i have not been making any revenue for almost 2 years. My website is an online directory and has been dormant for about a year and a half. It is a joomla website. I need my website to be completely upgraded. Firstly i have security issues with my registered hacking my website. I want a system so that hacking is not possible anymore as it ruins the reputation of my website. I would like the features on my site to be upgraded to the most advanced software. I would like to change the template of my website so that my banners can fit in the position catered for it with no extra space around it. I would like to change my front page so that the user can search for whatever business and its location they are looking for with the info being provided from my website first and then google's results. So a user can be totally satisfied with their search request. I would also like my site to be fully SEO optimized so that my site and content can be found on all search engines. I want internet marketing to be done so that i get likes and tweets. I would like the url for my clients to be such as [login to view URL] The website must be user friendly as i provide username and passwords to all my clients so that they can update their information such as images and content. I would also like to provide the latest news and stock exchange info and weather. I want a world class website to be my end result and for all my users to be totally satisfied.
